HUNTINGDON, Pa. -- Children and parents seeking a healthy supplement to the standard Halloween bag full of candy can come to Juniata College to participate in Healthy Halloween from 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 25 in the lobby of the von Liebig Center for Science on the Juniata campus.
The event is free and open to the public.
In addition to the Juniata tradition of students handing out candy and treats in Lesher Residence Hall and South Residence Hall for local children, the Health Occupations Students of America, a Juniata student club, will sponsor "HOSA Healthy Halloween." The event features free healthy snacks, a variety of Halloween-themed games and prizes for visitors.
