HUNTINGDON, Pa. -- Music and remembrances by Juniata College students and faculty will be featured at a midnight ceremony Feb. 24 at Juniata's Baker Peace Chapel to commemorate the birthday of the chapel's founder, Elizabeth Evans Baker.

Visitors and students will meet at midnight in the parking lot below the peace chapel and walk up to the site. The site was designed by Maya Lin, who also designed the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C.

Students will provide readings and remembrances of Elizabeth Evans Baker, whose birthday was Feb. 25. Andrew Murray, professor of religion and peace and conflict studies and director of the Baker Institute for Peace and Conflict Studies, will provide music for the occasion.
