- The Chemical Hygiene Officer shall retain records of all employees who attend Juniata
Laboratory Safety Training and all accident reports for at least five years.
- Site-specific laboratory safety training records should be retained by laboratory
supervisors for at least one year after an employee leaves a position.
- The Laboratory Standard requires that the following records be maintained for at least
thirty years and made available in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.1020:
- Air concentration monitoring results
- Exposure assessments
- Medical consultations
- Medical examinations
