Our Recent Graduates

Christy Altland ’18, who studied history and museum studies at Juniata, was accepted to earn her master’s degree at Durham University's conservation of archaeological and museum objects program.

Olivia Stentz '18 is pursuing her master's degree in art education at Kutztown University. 

Lydia Steuart '18 is employed as an educator at the Jane Addams Hull House Museum in Chicago, Illinois. 

Jane Shapiro '18 is interning at CulturalDC in development and at the National Building Museum in Washington, D.C. 

Haven Diehl '18, who created a POE in paleontology and museum studies at Juniata, is employed as a part-time curatorial assistant at Penn State's College of Earth and Mineral Sciences. 

Jen Hochuli '17 was accepted into museum studies programs at three graduate schools: George Washington, Seton Hall, and the State University of New York at Buffalo State; she is currently pursuing a graduate degree at Seton Hall.

Amanda Matta '17 is pursuing her master's degree in museum leadership at Drexel University. 

Kien Le '17 is pursuing his master's degree in film studies at Ohio University. 

Ann Ordiway '19 is employed as an instructional associate at the Syracuse University Art Galleries. She enrolled in the graduate program in museum studies at the same university.

Kate Passannante '16 was admitted to the master's program for art conservation at Northumbria University. 

Emma Campbell ’16 is pursuing a graduate degree in museum studies at George Washington University. She is also interning in the public engagement department at Hirshhorn Museum.

Jonah Plymire ’16 has illustrated a children’s book, What is a Colly Wobble? by Tina Hague, which will be published in fall 2017. He also obtained his Pennsylvania teaching certification for K-12 and is employed teaching art at Rohrerstown Elementary School.

Alison Shannon ’16, who studied history and museum studies at Juniata, is pursuing a master’s degree at the University of Manchester Museum and Gallery Studies program.

Rika Opio '15 is employed at Carnegie Museum of Natural History in Pittsburgh, Pa. 

Liz Faust '15 is completing her Master of Fine Arts degree in curatorial studies in MICA. 

Shelby Miller '15 is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in art history at the University of Arizona, where she is a teaching assistnat. She has also served as an adjunct professor at Pima Community College in Arizona. 

Brandon Reis '15 is studying contemporary art and art business through the dual-degree master's program at Sotheby's Institute of Art in New York. 

Elena Ostock '14 was awarded a fellowship to work and study at Thomas Cole National Historic Site. 

Ariel Cooper '14 earned her master's degree in art therapy at Marywood University and currently works as a therapist at Concern Counseling in Lewisburg, Pa.
