HUNTINGDON, Pa. -- The Juniata Activities Board, a student-run club that plans and coordinates many of the campus activities throughout the academic year, is sponsoring a "Juniata Up Late" outdoor event featuring a DJ from 11 p.m. to 1 a.m., Friday, April 17 in the patio of the Tussey-Terrace Residence Hall on the Juniata campus.

The event is designed to provide socializing opportunities for the student body. The event is sponsored by JC Uplate, the Juniata Dance Ensemble and Sigma Tau Delta, the honor society for English students.

There will be a "foam dance party" which features an inflatable dance floor that emits bubbles as dancers move on the surface.

The State College DJ Local Motion will provide the music for the event. In addition, the students will hold a limbo contest, offer a tie-dying activity and have informal volleyball games. S'mores and snow-cones will be available.
