MADISON, N.J. -- The Juniata College baseball has been picked to finish second in the 2008 Landmark Conference race, according to preseason voting by the league's head coaches and sports information directors.

Juniata received four first-place votes and tallied 49 points in the poll. The Eagles finished with a 17-17-1 mark last season, and return the bulk of the 2007 starting lineup.
