Join the Huntingdon County Library on Monday, October 2 at 10:30am for a special Preschool Storytime Field Trip to the Juniata College Museum! Storytime at the Museum promotes art enjoyment for our youngsters. We will read books and do a short activity responding to the art on display. Caregivers and children will have a chance to explore the museum after. The museum has a special guest portrait of William Smith the founder of Huntingdon! We will meet at the museum.

Gilbert Stuart makes an appearance at the JCMA! Bob Gleason from The American Historical Theatre brings to life this famous colonial portrait artist and tells us what it’s like to make your living painting famous people. Create your own portrait, too.
Art Walk: Community Portrait Night

Join us for a special Art-Walk, Huntingdon edition. Help create a mosaic of 250 ceramic tiles celebrating 250 years of Huntingdon. Design your own tile with your interests and self-image to represent all walks of life that come together to make this place we call home. The Vogues-wagon photo-booth will also be on hand to take your instant portrait!
