HUNTINGDON, Pa. -- The Juniata College Percussion Ensemble and Jazz Ensemble will play a concert at 7:30 p.m., Friday, April 4, in Rosenberger Auditorium in Oller Hall on the Juniata Campus.

The concert is free and open to the public.

The Juniata Percussion Ensemble will perform "Mosaics for Percussion" by Elliot Del Borgo, and "Brazilian Street Dance," by Thomas Brown.

Members of the ensemble are John Boyer, a freshman from Belleville, Pa.; Tom Kimmel, a freshman from Canfield, Ohio; Chris Heaster, a sophomore from Mount Union, Pa.; Kelie Cummins, freshman from Huntingdon, Pa.; Dawn Vitko, a junior from Johnstown, Pa.; Amanda Rushnock, a junior from Philipsburg, Pa.; Doug Schunk, a junior from Altoona, Pa.; John Shirley, a sophomore from Albuquerque, N.M.; Valerie Brand, a sophomore from Montrose, Pa. and Kevin Kasun, freshman from Altoona, Pa.

The Juniata College Jazz Ensemble will perform the selections "Harlem Nocturne," "Chameleon," "When I Fall in Love," "In the Mood," "Satin Doll," "Caravan," "C-Jam Blues," and "Here's That Rainy Day."

Members of the ensemble are alto sax: Tara Fitzsimmons, a student from Huntingdon, Pa. and Barry Long, a freshman from Pottsville, Pa.; tenor sax: Jessica Diehl, a sophomore from Dysart, Pa., and Muhammad Jami, a freshman from Little Meadows, Pa.; baritone sax: Steve Runyan, a sophomore from Bloomsburg, Pa.; Trumpet: Alex Monteleone, a sophomore from Floral Park, N.Y., Crystal Trinneer, a sophomore from Andover, N.J. Renae Watkins; a junior from Three Springs, Pa. trombone: Shannon Callahan, a sophomore from Woodbridge, N.J. Chris Spiese a junior from York, Pa.; guitar: Nick Daddario, a freshman from Yardley, Pa.; piano: Sayaka Hanada, an international student from Japan and Amanda Rushnock; bass: Nicolai Best; and drums: Doug Schunk.
