HUNTINGDON, Pa. -- Both Juniata College basketball games against Drew University will have a streaming video and audio feed from the Kennedy Sports + Recreation Center.

With a catch.

Both the audio and video feeds are an in-game test of a new service being considered by juniatasports.net for use in the future. The service is being provided by Pack Network, a firm out of Boston, Mass.

The video feed will be without audio, but should offer an improvement over the Ustream.tv video stream that has been offered in previous games.

The audio feed will provide play-by-play by Dan Lauletta, Juniata's Assistant Sports Information Director, and will not be synchronized to the video - although the delay between the two should be minimal. The play-by-play will cease during halftimes and the break between games, but will resume shortly before action starts.

There may be some technical hitches on the Juniata end of the streams, as we learn the ins-and-outs of the technology; juniatasports.net apologizes in advance for any interruptions in the streams.

Please give us your feedback! E-mail your thoughts on these services to juniatasports.net at sid@juniata.edu - and please tell us where in the U.S. or elsewhere you listened in to the webcast.
