HUNTINGDON, Pa. - Junior Paula Price (Camp Hill, Pa. / East Pennsboro) extended her point streak to four games in a row as the Eagles downed the Red Devils of Dickinson College, 2-0, on Wednesday afternoon on Winton Hill Field.

Sophomore Kim Amrod (Ridgefield, R.I. / Ridgefield) got the Eagles on the board late in the first half, as she received a cross from Price and put home the game-winner. The goal was Amrod's team leading eighth of the season and the assist was Price's team leading third of the year.

The game remained at 1-0 until Price gained control in front of the goalmouth and knocked home the loose ball as she was falling to the ground to extend the lead to 2-0.

Those goals were more than enough for Juniata (6-2) goalkeepers Denalyn Spratt (Haddon Heights, N.J. / Haddon Heights) and Moira Nugent (Lancaster, Pa. / Lampeter-Strasburg). Spratt moves to 4-0 on the season, after accumulating four saves in over 63 minutes of work. Dickinson (2-4) goalie Amanda West stopped eight shots in 70 minutes.

Price has scored at least one point in seven out of the eight matches this season, while Amrod has recorded a point in six out of the eight games so far.

The Eagles return to action Saturday when they open their Landmark Conference season at Goucher College at 1 p.m.
